MEET NAOMI MARK
In the first seven months of holding her realtor license, Naomi Mark’s outstanding performance garnered recognition from the Realtors Association, earning her the prestigious Diamond Award. During her tenure at Keller Williams, she achieved the remarkable feat of being a top 20 percent selling agent, showcasing her exceptional skills in real estate.
As the President of Black Market Realty, Naomi’s commitment to community empowerment is evident through her initiatives. She organized and led first-time homebuyers’ classes in Black and Brown communities, fostering an inclusive environment for education and support. These classes not only equip participants with essential knowledge but also connect them with a comprehensive network of resources. Naomi’s efforts have facilitated the involvement of lenders, providing on-the-spot preapprovals to aspiring homeowners and making the journey to home ownership more accessible. With a robust background as an independent contractor for Fortune 500 companies like CVS Pharmacy, Naomi served as a Construction Project Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience in managing budgets, construction schedules, and providing crucial administrative support.
At Black Market Realty her responsibilities span from conducting due diligence on properties to tracking construction progress and costs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and assisting clients with real estate transactions. In addition to her professional achievements, Naomi is deeply involved in community organizations. She serves as the Vice President at the Rhode Island Coalition for Black Women and serves on the board of Youth Moving Forward.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, Naomi’s diverse linguistic capabilities enhance her ability to connect with a broad audience. Currently pursuing an M.S. in Communications Marketing/Advertising from Purdue University, Naomi anticipates graduating in 2024. Her multifaceted expertise, community-focused initiatives, and linguistic versatility solidify her position as a standout leader in both professional and civic realms
